Chem 423 Electronic Circuits I

Description

The physics of semiconductor devices; theory and application of discrete and integrated devices in linear circuits; use of operational amplifiers and feedback; regulation, oscillators, and modulation; emphasizes practical experience. Lectures, problems, and laboratory. Same as PHYS 404. 5 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Offered Spring term only. Prerequisite: PHYS 401 and PHYS 435.
